Administrative Intern

Responsibilities 

• Intern will operate under one of several initiatives that Audimated oversees. Interns will research and develop their own process for handling their workload and will be empowered with autonomy and responsibility to execute on their decisions. 
• Responsibilities include managing email accounts, establishing new relationships with publicity partners, managing web content, writing marketing materials and other administrative duties.  
• Interns will be also compile research and create branded documentation. Documentation could include PDFs, news articles, educational articles, resource links, and other media.  

• Interns will be required to commit to 5-20 hours per week of structured work experience. Interns will need to supply their own computer and have a functional understanding of Microsoft Office (or maintain a Gmail account at the least). 
• Skills required include excellent writing and verbal skills, attention to detail, creativity and being self-directed. 
• We expect interns to be a self-motivated high school or college students with a strong understanding of the Internet and music consumption. 

Responsibilities

• Campus Representatives will represent the audimated brand at their high school or college campus. 
• Responsibilities include gathering fans on facebook, distributing print materials, running events and other administrative duties. 
• Representatives will also be asked to attend local music events, talk with bands and locate artists to join audimated.  

• 5-10 hours per week of structured work experience. Reps will need to supply their own computer and have a functional understanding of Microsoft Office (or maintain a Gmail account at the least). 
• A sociable high school or college student with a strong understanding of online medial and or personal relations. 

Audimated is seeking a Software Engineer to join the Data team. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of distributed systems for the parallel processing of massive quantities of data, and frequently think to themselves how to make a system more scalable or resource efficient. This position is full-time and based in our main office in downtown Miami, FL. 

Responsibilities

• Develop reusable tools for the management and manipulation of hundreds of gigabytes of data
• Analyze and improve efficiency, scalability, and stability of data collection, storage, and retrieval processes
• Interface with other teams to incorporate their innovations and vice versa
• Work closely with data analysts to construct creative solutions for their analysis tasks
• Optimize our infrastructure at both the software and hardware level with a focus on scaling horizontally rather than vertically 

• Extensive experience working with large data stores 
• Deep understanding of storage appliance and storage software internals 
• Expert knowledge developing and debugging 
• Experience with filesystems, server architectures, and distributed systems
